These Clausing CNC mills are capable of milling materials that include aluminum, steel, stainless, brass, bronze, and plastic. These 2 axis vertical CNC mills have a 30” x 12” travel and can easily handle most vertical drilling, boring and milling operations.
The new addition- the Haas SL-20 CNC Turning Center, can complete multiple piece orders with exact uniformity in less time. With this turning center, operations can be streamlined to be more cost effective for larger quantity or time sensitive orders.
The Haas VF-4 Vertical Machining Center is a 3 axis with 50” x 20” x 25” XYZ travel. Its 10,000 RPM spindle and a 40 pocket tool changer can complete multiple piece orders in shorter time frames with accuracy.
The Andrychow manual lathe has a center to center distance of 56”. Combined with its full digital readout, machined parts can be turned to tight tolerances.
The Giddings and Lewis horizontal boring bar and 10 ton overhead crane can handle most large repairs and modifications in the paper, coating, printing, converting, food, and packaging industries.
This Marvel saw has an 18” horizontal and 22” vertical capacity for cutting through thick materials. Most steel, aluminum, stainless, brass, bronze and plastic materials of various sizes can be cut.
